Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Administratror to join our team. As a Document Control Administratror, you will play a crucial role in Manage, control, and assist in the development of Engineering documents/procedures. Assists Engineering Manager with internal and external control of customer documents. Works closely with Engineering Manager to develop and conduct training programs for employees at ISC. Provides support to engineers as needed. Provide backup and support of all administrative duties.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Follow all directives as provided by Engineering Manager.
- Compile and document Monthly Sales Matrix including On Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, Acceptance, Sales Analysis, Annual Sales Comparison.
- Document, monitor, and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Performs SPC data collection and analysis.
- Completing Reports, Forms, and other documentation as required.
- Assists Engineering Manager with the development of training programs and conducts training as required.
- Validate and document all hourly Engineering payroll via ADP.
- Provides support to receiving and final inspection.
- Additional duties may be assigned if required.
Competency Requirements:
- Ability to work hand tools, inspection and measuring equipment without limitations.
- Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
- Ability to follow written instructions as noted on work orders.
- Basis computer skills.
- Speak and read English
- Good vision and hearing
- Basic understanding of Metrology and Arithmetic
- Basic experience using keyboard and mouse
- Passing IPC Training and internal ISC training programs
- Fully abide by ISC policies and procedures
Education And/Or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (5) year of experience as quality administrator or similar
- Work in contract manufacture setting
Physical Demand And Safety:
- Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds unassisted. Beyond this will require the buddy system or lifting device
- Ability to stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time and mobility to get around facility without limitations.
- Achieve daily tasks which require repetitive use of hands and other body parts.
- Learn and follow all safety requirements. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Report to work; healthy and not affected by alcohol, drugs, or other harmful influences.
- Actively participate in safety improvement activities.
- Report any unsafe practices by coworkers or contractors.
- Immediately report all injuries and other safety incidents.
