Heroes Lawn Care is a rapidly growing lawn care company that specializes in healthy lawns via our fertilization/lawn treatment, irrigation, pet waste removal and mosquito control services. We’re seeking a quality, experienced, reliable office and marketing coordinator
Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Answer and handle sales and customer support calls, emails, and text messages/chats

Manage technician scheduling

Assist with ordering inventory, office supplies, etc.

Follow up on past-due invoices

Help coordinate and create organic and social media content
Qualifications:-
Direct experience managing high-volume scheduling, preferably in a residential services setting such as contracting, HVAC, electrical, lawn care, irrigation, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a plus

Strong with various technology applications (office, google, CRMs, etc.) and able to learn new tools quickly

Enjoys a creative side helping develop marketing collateral and generating interest on social media.
