**Job Title:** Assistant Manager
**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team Madison Avenue Flagship.. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment and achieving store goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.
- Manage administrative tasks such as opening/closing procedures, handling registers, and preparing deposits.
- Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Effectively communicate with customers to address any concerns or resolve issues promptly.
**Skills:**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in inventory control, sales management, and team supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience.
