The Customer Service Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position involves direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
- Documentation: Accurately record and document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to help improve our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
