Position Title: Behavior Technician

Our Behavior Technicians are responsible for assisting Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans, using evidence-based strategies that target language, play, social, and adaptive skill deficits, as well as behavioral concerns that may be impacting learning. As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with a Behavior Analyst to carry out treatment plans for individual clients, collect data on targeted skills, and attend clinical team meetings.

We have immediate openings, part-time or full-time, for entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians. We offer paid training and will help guide, support, and mentor your career in Behavior Analysis.
Pay Rate: Highly competitive, dependent upon experience, and educational background. $500 Sign-On Bonus for candidates with active RBT Certification.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment goals under the direction of the Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Document goal and program information/data collection throughout the day
- Provide feedback regarding client progress to the program supervisor
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Teach language, academic, self-help, and social skills as stated in the treatment plan
- Having an understanding of ABA principles
- Ability to work with a dedicated support team
- Ability to commute to session locations
- Punctuality
- Professional communication with both Supervisors and Caregivers
- Ability to communicate with a team by email
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or are currently enrolled is preferred in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related field. Experience in behavior analysis preferred, but not required, (the company will train).

- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Negative TB Test
- Copies of resume, driver's license, diplomas, transcripts, licenses/certifications
- Reliable transportation and a valid California Driver’s license and insurance
