Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and assist us for our Lake Travis Health and Wellness Expo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for organizing successful events.
Duties:
- Coordinate all event logistics including vendor booth assignments, patron raffles, stage management etc
- Market events to target audiences through various channels to maximize attendance
- Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience for all attendees
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage event finances effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with event marketing strategies to attract attendees
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
