Overman Family Dentistry is a family-owned dental practice with a growing patient family! We currently looking for the next Patient Success Coordinator to help us provide customized care for each of our patients. The Patient Success Coordinator works closely with the OFD team, providers, and patient to bring together all aspects of care.

Responsibilities
- Functions as liaison between patient and provider to deliver exceptional care and customer service
- Input patient registration and insurance information accurately and completely
- Responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to patients, family members, providers, pharmacies, insurance carriers and other related organizations
- Obtain clinical patient background information and assemble referral information
- Maintain and professional appearance and experience in the patient waiting room by opening each morning and creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage office equipment functionality and supplies
- Communicate with various insurance carrier to obtain insurance benefits, check eligibility, and inquire about claims questions
- Prepare materials for financial consultations
- Schedule patients based on provider availability and patient treatment needs
- Check out patients after each appointment and collect any necessary payment
- Assist other team member with miscellaneous projects as needed
Qualifications Previous dental or healthcare experience is preferred, but what we’re really requiring is someone that has a drive and high capacity for learning new things!
- Strong communication and professional skills as this is a primarily patient facing position
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday (7:20 am - 5:30 pm) and Friday (7:20 am - 1:30 pm)
- Positive attitude and team player!
- Ability to operate and be comfortable with a computer
- Multi-task like a pro in order to answer questions and requests in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
