Basic Function: Participate in all activities related to the completion of assigned jobs. Perform all duties listed in the painter’s job description (below) and attend all safety and training meetings. If you're looking to be a Foreman, you will also be taught to train our crew members. All team members will uphold the Lakeside Painting Promise and execute the Lakeside Painting Mission Statement.
Specialized Knowledge and Experience: Clear knowledge of products and job-site safety, as well as the the ability to document daily activities and understand contracts. Foreman candidates should be able to efficiently manage painters and all tasks involved in completing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- On the job site from start to finish.
- Arriving on jobsite & ready to work at agreed upon start time.
- Knowledge of the proper use of paint sprayer, power washer, and power tools. (If your experience is minimal, we can teach you the finer points of painting.)
- Foreman should possess strong leadership for their crew.
- Firm knowledge of products and Lakeside Painting standard product list.
- Wear “Safety First” hat at all times.
- Attend monthly Safety Meetings as required.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and/or Reliable Transportation
- Safety-Conscious

Experience:
We prefer 2+ years of Residential, Commercial, and/or Industrial Building Painting experience. But if you're interested in acquiring lifelong skills in the painting industry, and you're willing to learn, we're happy to teach you with our training program.
