What you’ll be responsible for:
The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management reporting to the CFO, is sesponsible for overall leadership and development of RCM standards, processes, and performance metrics to ensure achievement of business objectives and goals. Responsible for building preferred business relationships across client base and with strategic vendors and state agencies. This position is responsible for establishing strategic priorities and executing efficient, best in class operational processes and solutions that increase administrative efficiency, sustain, and improve physician satisfaction and internal engagement with Revenue Cycle Management team.
What you’ll work on:

Oversee management group and staff that have day to day responsibility for managing the relationships that supports the Access TeleCare RCM department, serving as escalation point for internal staff and external contacts regarding resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems that affect major contract functions, performance, or relationships

Assists and leads a team to develop a customized technology solution for RCM

Direct the execution of duties including but not limited to: charge entry, patient calls, reimbursement management, insurance verifications, claim submissions and account receivable follow-ups

Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviors; communicating vision/values/business strategy; and managing succession and development planning for the team

Develops staffing models and monitor capacity/capabilities of teams across the RCM departments

Establishes and reports key metrics to track department performance

Supports team members in the identification of operational barriers and creative problem resolution for improved processes and expanded use of technology

Provide performance improvement reports based on analyses of compliance and/or audit findings
-
Develop and implement approved modifications to workflows, policies and procedures to improve performance

Implements, directs and evaluates department operations, including RCM technology, reporting, process development and compliance

Plans and monitors staffing activities including hiring, orienting, evaluating, annual goal setting, production reporting and staff modeling

Builds strong relationships both internal and external customers and colleagues

Maintains strict confidentiality of all physician files

Prepares, monitors and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department’s meet budget expectations

Develops and implements department goals and performance metrics, plans, initiatives and standards

Manages, trains, coaches, and develops staff across the department
-

What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:
-
Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business Management, Healthcare Administration or similar
-
Minimum of 10 years’ experience of combined understanding of Auditing, Billing, Coding
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team
-
Experience in EMR and charge capture systems

Experience leading a team to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
-
Proven experience managing a business and/or operations on budget
-
Proven experience leading a team, managing performance, and developing staff
-
Ability to determine business and operational challenges and ways to successfully overcome those challenges
-
Ability to develop and maintain key client relationships and partner with them to develop innovative solutions to challenges
-
Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter comfortable taking initiative to develop new levels of analytics
-
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels and functions within the company, including Executive Management
-
Excellent presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written communication skills
-
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid financial conclusions

Professional written and verbal communication skills a must
-
Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain timely records

Ability to maintain strong working relationships within and outside of the organization.

Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, follow through and focus on details

Proven problem-solving skills

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
