We are a rapidly growing company looking for an energetic, career-oriented individual to be a part of our team. Earlbeck Gases & Technologies is seeking an Welding Instructor/Test Administrator to add to our staff.
The Candidates must be knowledgeable in Oxy Acetylene, MIG, TIG, and Stick processes on plate and pipe. Prior teaching experience, CWE/CWI credentials, and a good working knowledge are preferred.The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting into the skilled trades, as well as the opportunity to improve people’s lives through providing a path to a gainful career.
All teaching activities will be performed using a supplied curriculum. This is not a physically demanding position, but you will be expected to process welder test coupons, to include cutting, grinding, and bending. Candidate should expect some homework at some point after being hired to prepare for an eventual CWI exam.
