Senior Care Solutions is looking to add a skilled care consultant to our leadership team. This role is a very relational and professional role as a representative of the management of Senior Care Solutions.
The ideal candidate must be willing to travel extensively, spending approximately 50% of their work week visiting facilities and attending meetings. They should also be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required, and be available on-call 24/7.
Responsibilities:
- Must assist in developing and maintaining client, vendor, and employee expectations and relationships.
- Perform public speaking/training for industry associations (Leading Age, Care Providers of MN, etc.) to represent Senior Care Solutions.
- Active involvement and participate in association committees.
- Work at marketing events (Tradeshows, sponsored golf events, sponsored weekend galas, etc.) to promote SCS services.
- Write blogs, newsletters, and assist in creating marketing materials.
- Perform site visits for sales and marketing.
- Create training and present at bi-annual company meetings.
- Responsible for meeting financial consulting and clinical goals for company.
- Provide supervision responsibilities to company RNs and LPNs.
- Perform supervisory activities such as performance reviews, coaching, counseling and assisting with performance improvement plans for SCS employees.
- Provide training, in-servicing, and monitoring for employees to maintain the highest level of care from a holistic view.
- Make bi-weekly visits to support our employees and client relations.
- Writing of policies and procedures as requested by clients and/or for Senior Care Solutions.
- Develop and adhere to a proactive consultation schedule based on facility risk and clinical goals of the entity.
- Provide reports and trends to the company and assist in developing plans to improve various areas of focus.
- Perform and implement compliance programs including Mock surveys, regulatory turn-around, reviews and routine consultative visits as requested by the clients.
- Perform client reimbursement reviews and operational assessments.
- Willing to assist with performing interim leadership positions until SCS employee is available.
