Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our recruitment process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for creating compelling job descriptions, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires. You'll also provide exceptional customer service to our hiring managers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the entire new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed, and new hires are prepped for success on their first day.-
Job Descriptions: Craft clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each open position. Maintain and update existing job descriptions as needed.

Candidate Experience: Create a positive and informative candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This includes screening resumes and cover letters, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates updated on their application status.

Hiring Manager Support: Build strong relationships with hiring managers across departments. Provide excellent customer service by keeping them informed of progress, scheduling interviews, and managing their expectations.

Recruiting Technology: Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the applicant pool, track applications, and post jobs on relevant platforms.

Support Talent Acquisition Team: Provide strong support for the Talent Acquisition Partner and Specialists by assisting with various recruitment tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or related field) preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.

A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
