Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property to achieve the quality and customer service standards of Burkely Communities. The Maintenance Supervisor must be able to work overtime and on-call, as needed, when instructed.
Other duties include:
- Oversee all administrative aspect of managing a service team including the approval of time sheets.
- Perform systematic and periodic performance reviews with all service team associates, making recommendations for salary increases or disciplinary action, when warranted.
- Ensure that all service team associates are well trained in the areas of professionalism, customer service and fair housing.
- Maintain a work schedule is to ensure that the property is adequately staffed to meet customer service and company goals.
- Communicate regularly with Community Manager or Director of Maintenance regarding scheduling and service team concerns.
Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CFC Certification.
