Creative Foundations LLC is founded on the values of providing collaborative and quality early intervention services to our youngest learners ages 0-3years old regardless of racial, socioeconomic, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds within the New York City area. Our purpose is to provide meaningful instructional services to children under three years of age with developmental delays such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and other physical, emotional, and mental impairments.
Our mission is ensuring our young children are receiving transformative and quality services to prepare them for transitioning into preschool programs throughout the five boroughs of New York City. We plan to encompass this mission through implementing collaboration with our parents, families, childcare centers, group family daycare, homeless shelters, and other healthcare providers, to ensure our young children are able to reach their milestones and potential.

We are seeking a dedicated, well-rounded, and compassionate therapists to join our team. As a Early Intervention Therapist, to be a part of a new company with a vibrant atmosphere that appreciates therapist and families through incorporating work life balances needed to support our young learners in need.
Duties:
-Provide Special Instruction and Applied Behavioral Analysis to children from 0 to 3 years old.
-Collaborate Parents/Caregivers on embedded strategies
-Complete session notes and service logs daily and upload weekly
-Complete and submit progress reports in a timely fashion
-Prepare justification letters to increase or decrease child’s mandate as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education or Master's Degree in Early Childhood/Special Education
- Must have Students with Disabilities Initial or Professional (Birth-2nd grade) Certification or Permanent Teacher of Special Education
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field is highly desirable
- Knowledge of working with racially and culturally diverse populations
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
