Are you available for after-hours and weekend calls on a rotating basis?
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as an On-Call Scheduler! In this part-time role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients and caregivers receive the support they need, even outside of regular business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls for scheduling issues and client/caregiver inquiries after office hours (weekdays after 4 pm and every other weekend from Friday 4 pm to Monday 8 am)
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively address client and caregiver concerns
- Utilize scheduling software (training provided) to manage caregiver assignments and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records of all after-hours calls and inquiries
- Uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience with non-medical home care scheduling and services (a plus)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (a plus)
- Availability to work on-call duties after hours and weekends on a rotating basis, including holidays
Benefits:
- Weekly rate of $200 per on-call week (Friday 4 pm - following Friday 8 am)
