What is a Recruiter? Calling it the “Doer of all things” was too long for a title, so we settled on recruiter. In a recruiting role at Health Carousel, you are managing your own business. You control your output, you set the pace, and YOU earn the reward. You engage daily with highly skilled nurses to assist them in their career in travel nursing. You help negotiate their pay packages, navigate their travel & housing, walk them through credentialing, and listen when they need you. See, doer of all things makes sense, right?
