A Leading Hospitality Group is searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales - Weddings & Corporate Events to join our growing portfolio. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through securing wedding and corporate business across our diverse hotel properties.

- Be the Mastermind: Develop strategic sales plans, identify new revenue streams, and champion the sales process from start to finish.

- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside our Marketing and Revenue Director to develop winning strategies and ensure seamless execution across sales and marketing efforts.
- Become a Community Champion: Develop strong relationships with local organizations and position our hotels as the go-to destination for weddings and corporate events.
- Travel & Explore: Expand your network and secure new business through strategic travel to feeder markets.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in hotel sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry and an eye for detail
- The ability to travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license
- A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed goals
