Central Stone is seeking candidates for a full-time Customer Service Representative to perform scale house administrative fill-in duties for our various quarries located in the greater St Louis, MO metropolitan area. The position will travel locally within the area, filling in for our quarry scale customer service representatives when they are out. When not filling in at our various quarries, this position will be based out of our Fenton, MO regional office, performing administrative work as needed. The schedule for this position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Customer Service Representative job duties include:
- Filling in for vacationing or absent quarry scale customer service representatives (includes mileage reimbursement)
- Enter customer and product data into scale system
- Provide excellent customer service through positive interaction with customers and haulers.
- Use electronic ticketing system to manage customer transactions
- Assist with recordkeeping, answering phones and assisting customers, and other administrative tasks
