The Field Technician is responsible for all aspects of ATMs in an assigned region. Typical duties include but are not limited to; ATM installs/processing installs, repairing ATMs, updating software, logistical support, and other aspects of service and support.

Technical Support:
- Performs installation, maintenance and repairs on ATMs within an assigned territory/region.
- Ensures all company-assets are well maintained and functioning properly.
- Partners with Technical Support, Parts department and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adheres to company policies/procedures and best practices.
- Project work, as assigned.
Customer Service:
- Develops a strong working relationship with customers in assigned territory/region to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Updates the customer during the problem resolution process.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience working with ATM services & support; must have solid customer service skills; must have experience working with non-technical individuals; proficient with MS Office Suite; must have strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills; must be able to work long shift including evenings, weekends and holidays; clean driving record.
