Most people want to have their mouth be healthy, avoid pain and infection, have a nice smile and manage their budget. The problem is many people are nervous about going to the dentist and are concerned about costs so they postpone or avoid dental care and the problems become more extensive and expensive.
Your job is to help the person get over the bridge of their fears and concerns to arrive at a happy dental future
Dental Care is really a private practice with 3 state of the art dental offices in one building. One for adults, one for pediatrics and one for orthodontics. We have professional specialists in all areas and a great team of over 100 members, many who have been with us for over 10 + years so there is great cameradie and mentorship

In order to be successful at this you need to have the caring of Mother Theresa, the patience of The Tooth Fairy and the persuasion of your grandmother who took care of you
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to help get patients past their dental fears and concerns
- You must have previous experience in persuasion sales
- You must be able to listen actively
- You must have references to back up your claims
- You must be highly motivated to help patients.
- You must have good computer skills and learn quickly
- Previous dental experience is helpful

- Duties:
- - Meet and greet patients and assist them in getting the treatment they need- Scheduling and confirming appointments for dental treatments- Explaining treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients- Maintaining patient records and updating information as necessary- Coordinating with dental providers to ensure smooth patient flow- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns
- More Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
