Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Network Development to lead the expansion and optimization of our retail network across the United States. This executive will be instrumental in forging new partnerships, enhancing existing relationships, and ensuring a superior service offering that meets the evolving needs of our retail partners and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for expanding the network of independent retail store partners nationwide.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with retail businesses, ensuring alignment with our operational requirements and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to integrate new partners smoothly and effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and understand industry trends that affect our business and partners.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with retail partners to ensure their needs are met and to maximize their value in the network.
- Monitor and report on network performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, preferred.
- Five years' experience in retail management, business development, or network expansion, preferably within the logistics or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and team leadership.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
