Summary:
The Behavior Analyst supervises a caseload of clients and depending on his or her management skills/experience, can mentor/supervise Supervisors. The BCBA is responsible for achieving the four objectives and mission of the company. Specifically, the BCBA must maximized 95% or more for all services for each client’s contract; develop and maintain professional relationships with parents to ensure they are happy/satisfaction with services; manage the team to produce client progress by achieving goals as outlined in their FBA/Progress report; and must train/support team members to implement behavior strategies effectively and help further their professional development, resulting in high staff satisfaction. The BCBA must be a great role model and ensure team members and colleagues follow policies & procedures of the company.
Task/Duties:
The BCBA must be able to manage independently, effectively, and efficiently.
- Identify and communicate issues in a timely manner; take initiative to report; and use good judgment to resolve all issues affecting contract fulfillment, parent satisfaction, client progress, and staff satisfaction, as well as the company’s image.
- Manages 18 or more individual cases client’s behavior management programs.
- Serve as the main contact persons for communication with parents and other professionals involve in the treatment of the clients.
- Supervise and train the subordinate team members to ensure they provide the highest quality services, as well as adhere to company rules and policies.
- Prepare and maintain records/case files in accordance with the company confidential/proprietary policy and HIPPA regulations.
- Complete required reports and paperwork in the highest of quality and by the assigned due date.
- Manage and conduct subordinate’s evaluation (follow up to ensure improvement goals are met)
- Organize work time to supervise effectively; delegate tasks to team members; follow up and follow through with tasks completion or resolving issues; provide appropriate support and training to team members.
- Ensure that subordinates are reporting issues that are impacting the effective and efficient delivery of behavioral services to clients (i.e., unsafe work environment, lack of materials, lack of reinforces, severe problem behaviors that haven’t been addressed, parents breaking boundaries, etc.) and report it to Management and/or HR.

BCBA certification, and a minimum of 1-year supervising experience
