At Protera Health, we strive to treat all patients like family. To do this, we are looking for a full-time clinical Physical Therapist to help deliver the high quality virtual physical therapy care that our patients - and all patients - deserve. Patients will be enrolled from different states, different payors, and across all adult ages with all types of musculoskeletal conditions, both acute and chronic.
Individual Requirements:
The Physical Therapist we are looking for should be adept at using virtual technology to diagnose and manage patients, and should have significant experience in order to hit the ground running. It is expected in this role that you perform at a high level and take excellent care of patients at all times. This is a fully remote, clinical position in which the hours enrolled will be dedicated to high-quality, 1:1 virtual patient care.

We are a small, highly integrated team, so there will be a myriad of responsibilities outside the traditional duties, so be ready for a rollercoaster ride that will help transform the way patient care is delivered.
Logistical Requirements:
This is a clinical role with flexibility in hours, and there are a few key logistical requirements:
- 15-25 hours of weekly block time dedicated towards high efficiency, high quality, virtual physical therapy care. This number could increase to becoming a full time position if mutually agreed upon over time
- This role is fully remote. You must have a very reliable, high quality internet connection for video conferencing and a quiet, professional environment to deliver care in
- Candidates must have significant experience, confidence, and skill in providing virtual care.
- *Physical Therapy License in NY, with additional state licenses ideal but not required
Compensation
The compensation range for this position depends on the number of clinical hours worked per week. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications, and will be contingent upon achievement of metrics and delivery of high quality, personalized care. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the interview process.
