Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Multi-Brand Office Manager to join our team. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, support various departments, and contribute to the overall success of our brands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency in daily activities
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain office calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with billing and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate and support event planning activities
- Supervise human resources functions including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- HIgh level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience in human resources is advantageous
