CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt
MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Customer Service position supports the customer base by teaching our customers and answering questions through various channels. This position reports to the Customer Service Team Lead. All applicable candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide top tier customer service using various channels
Show the customer how to make an account and place a bid on the website or app
Assist with returns associated with Members and Buyers Assistance plan
Answer general customer questions, subject matter expert for all policies
Research bid histories for customers
Escalate issues to appropriate managers
Liaise with Accounting for customer returns and pay issues
Other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken
Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm with a half hour lunch
Must be proficient or trainable in PST, FRONT, STRIPE, SendGrid
Must be tech savvy with good typing skills
Must communicate well with various audiences
Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
