Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a rare opportunity with a stable 40 year old company. Precision is know for quality results and a strategic approach to staffing. We work with Plant Managers, Distribution Center Managers, and other production related leaders. Staffing experience is not needed.
Our sales people receive a base salary, commission pay, and bonus. Expected earning 100K++. Commissions build year over year! No starting over each time you make a sale. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Utilize software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Conduct negotiations and close deals effectively
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Hunter mentality
- Ability to negotiate effectively and drive results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
