IT Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the technicians on shift, ensuring smooth operation and prompt responses to our end user technical requests. Duties:
- Utilize our Ticket management system to deliver efficient IT services to our users
- Coordinate with the team and end users to ensure prompt ticket resolution.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to triage multiple cases efficiently within the available time
This position requires your presence in person during the initial 90 day training period, then if successful, can shift to a hybrid schedule.
