The ATS group is structured as a strong team-oriented environment built on a hybrid/virtual team platform. As an administrative assistant, you will serve as the backbone of our team’s administrative operations, providing vital support to ATS and clients.

Key Results:
· Handle and coordinate multiple professionals’ active calendars, including meeting scheduling and confirmations
· Process team expenses and credit card reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner
· Manage professionals’ CLE compliance and reporting
· Coordinate tracking of client/marketing pipeline and related marketing efforts
· Assist with client intake process, including requesting documents, information and follow up
· General matter administration and some client engagement to gather basic information for legal services
· File management including organizing and managing documents and binder preparation for signing conferences
· Assist with various mailings and filings to IRS
· Provide ad hoc support for team as needed
· Handle various administrative projects as needed, and provide support to the Team Coordinator

Requirements & Experience:
· 2+ years experience in office administration
· High School Diploma required
· Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
· Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills

Benefits and Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $63,000 depending on experience.
We also have a bonus program.
