At Ready Set Rocket, we are looking for a highly creative and diligent Associate Creative Director who can inspire and be hands-on across a variety of projects. While supporting the broader creative goals set by the Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative direction of our smaller or lower-tier projects. You will work closely with art directors and designers to refine their skills and push the creative envelope, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent innovation.
Supportive Creative Leadership: Support the Creative Director with conceiving and guiding projects that align with the strategic goals of the agency, contributing to impactful work that resonates on a global scale.
Execution of Diverse Projects: Direct and deliver high-quality creative outputs across a spectrum of projects, including digital campaigns, social media content, and branding, ensuring they meet client and agency standards.
Development of Design Concepts: Generate and execute compelling design concepts that elevate the brand presence of our clients while adhering to their strategic objectives.
Client Satisfaction and Team Growth: Produce results that not only meet client expectations but also foster an environment of growth and learning for junior creative staff, enhancing their skills and career trajectories.
Proactive Project Involvement: Engage actively in project planning and conceptual phases to ensure creative alignment and readiness for upcoming challenges, maintaining a steady flow of innovative ideas.
5+ years of experience in the creative industry (3+ years in an agency setting with leadership responsibilities)
Prior roles such as Senior Art Director or Junior Creative Director, with a proven track record of guiding smaller scale projects
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital media, brand campaigns, and a keen eye for aesthetic and functional design
Commitment to mentoring junior creatives, helping them develop their design skills and conceptual thinking
Excellent communication skills, capable of constructing compelling narratives around your ideas and presenting them convincingly to both the team and clients
Organizational prowess, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Technical proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with motion design tools and principles
Collaborative spirit, eager to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to craft innovative solutions
Curiosity and eagerness to innovate, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to advance your craft
Experience coordinating smaller scale photo and video shoots, ensuring they align with the creative vision

Compensation is determined by years of experience and proven previous success in this role, level of expertise in the skills needed to perform this role at the highest level and cost of living in your area of residency. Salary Range: $140,000-150,000
