GL Staffing is hiring a Customer Service/Account Specialist for a company located in Weston, FL.
Pay: $40,000 yearly
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Location: Weston, FL. (100% office-based position).
Temp to Hire role.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Position Overview:
As an Accounts Specialist you are responsible for addressing customer inquiries, order processing, and providing exceptional service to ensure high level of satisfaction and assisting in maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal and external sales reps.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders in Infor M3 accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary information is complete and correct.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, striving to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, warehouse and logistics, to facilitate the sales process and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support to the internal and external sales team.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in our ERP system, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively support the sales team and address customer inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Team mentality a must.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
