Our RN/LPNs work collaboratively with providers and integrated team members of Health Ministries Clinic to provide exceptional patient care. Our RN/LPNs work alongside our providers and behavioral health team members to manage patients' health and motivate lifestyle changes to optimize health while basing patient care on professional nursing processes.
We have nursing staff opportunities in many areas, including direct patient care, population health, pediatrics, and behavioral health. Duties/Responsibilities:

Communicate and collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimum primary care

Create and contribute to patients' electronic medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness

Administer medications, vaccinations and render treatment to all ages as ordered by a healthcare provider

Respond appropriately to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients, parents, or caregivers

Participate in quality improvement efforts

Counsel and educate patients and family members before, during, and after appointments

Assist with tracking of outside lab tests, procedures, radiology, and referral reports as assigned

Assist with tracking and maintaining a medical supply inventory

Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree or higher (Preferred)

License: Current Valid Registered Nurse license (Required)
