Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 3rd Shift AIKI Breakdown Operator at our Ridgeway, SC facility.
Assigned Schedule: 9p to 5:30am Sunday to Thursday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)
Compensation: $19.50 per hour *includes $1.25 shift differential
THE ROLE
The AIKI Breakdown Operator is responsible for operating the automated machine that disassembles laminated sheets and plates after the pressing process.

Top Responsibilities:
- Read and verify the completion of the press plan.

Prepare carrier plate, Kraft paper, and shims as per manufacturing procedures.

Assist AIKI Operator in resolving suction problems, accidental jams, or downtime by troubleshooting.

Maintain continuous quality inspection throughout the breakdown process.

Maintain constant communication with build-up personnel for book modifications or line downtime.

Meet daily productivity requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience- required.

Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP- preferred
