We are the leading ultrasound company in animal health in the US and we are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team located in Austin, TX! The successful candidate will have experience leading a team of 5+ individuals in a growing organization with a strong background in team training and development.
Our company provides real time ultrasound and telemedicine to veterinarians all over the US and Canada. Our goals are to better help veterinarians with sick animals to a quicker path of diagnosis and cure, using our technology and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead and train a team of representatives, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
· Resolve escalated customer needs
· Develop and implement service policies to ensure the team effectively uses customer service tools.
What You’ll Bring:
· Experience – You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role with 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
· Highly professional communicator with a focus on continuous improvement of service quality and comfortable handling complex customer issues/conflict resolution.
· Strong team management skills with keen attention to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and the team remains productive.
· Proactive leader, capable of identifying and addressing training, development and operational improvement needs of the team.
· Technical proficiency, problem solving skills and a deep understanding of best practices, system optimization and troubleshooting.

Prerequisites:
· Degree in business management or related studies is a plus.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required. Familiarity with DialPad, Salesforce, Calendly, PACS system is a plus.
