Position Summary:
- Take a pivotal role in managing a high-volume Pediatric Department, serving over 60,000 annual visits. Lead a team of over 30 dedicated full-time equivalents (FTEs). Evaluate and supervise nursing staff within the Pediatric Department. Collaborate closely with the Administrative Director, Director of Nursing, and Medical Directors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN), preferred or in progress. Preference for candidates with a dedication to serving underserved communities. Three to five years' experience in Pediatrics, with at least two years in a managerial capacity, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Proven leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication. Strong track record of fostering teamwork and collaboration.
