Job Summary: The Party Host is the ultimate in guest service in our parks. The Host will attend to the needs of the party parents and birthday child. They will greet the guest as soon as possible. They will explain the flow of events and keep the parents at ease. Throughout the party experience, they will serve food and beverages, clean up, entertain the birthday guest and present the invoice for final payment.

Clean and close rooms per expectations.

Greet and welcome each family.

Maintain a clean and organized party area.

Remain in the party room space for the duration of the event.

Respond with empathy and understanding to customer complaints.

Serve food efficiently to all guests.

Stock and maintain appearance of the area.

Understand the needs of the family and the birthday child. This is their day.
We are Looking For:

Ability to entertain guests from a variety of backgrounds.

Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
