Summary: Is responsible for completing assigned activities required in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment, building maintenance, grounds, and utility systems. Responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Continuous operation of Facility and Production Equipment
- Conducting tests and inspections for Building Systems and Equipment
- Advanced Troubleshooting of any down equipment
- Working with contractors to complete assigned tasks.
- Completing Preventive Maintenance procedures and tasks
- Responsible for keeping the building secure.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks
- Participate in the emergency response team.
- Work with maintenance lead to strategically plan the long-term maintenance actions of the facility and equipment.
- Support team in On-Call if needed
- Assist other technicians as assigned and needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager or Maintenance Lead
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Considerable knowledge/experience of HVAC systems, electrical systems, building and grounds maintenance, and equipment repair. General contractor skills/knowledge/experience of construction, and best practices. 2-5 years of related experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business paperwork in English. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to read and interpret documents, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with groups of employees, supervisors, managers, customers, and the public.
Math Ability:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
