Description:
The role of the Dispatcher is to support locations in our company. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Dispatcher. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Job Duties:

Attend meetings and continued education

Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Make travel arrangements for technicians

Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Review invoices or workorders and provide assistance in bookkeeping

Monitor workorders and negotiate terms with vendors to ensure the most cost-effective orders

Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Conduct research and present quotes as assigned
