An Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for contacting, engaging, and developing independent and franchise dealer participation in the Agora platform and financial solutions, ensuring all parties are educated and supported for the most effective execution of Agora platform benefits, features, and offerings.
This is a full-time, onsite role.
What You’ll Do

Engage and reply to Dealer queries received through all methods of communication.

Develop productive Dealer relationships, leveraging Agora solutions and products to drive Dealer loan volume, profits, and success.

Work with other departments to meet/exceed corporate goals.

Drive and support change and continual improvement on a proactive basis.

Implement and support organizational products and process improvements.

Serve as an Agora industry ambassador, collaborating with industry partners, associations, and influencers to increase product and brand awareness.

Complete other projects and duties as given.
What You Need

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Minimum 2 years of automotive sales/finance experience is required.

Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is required.
