The Field Service Supervisor at Renewal by Andersen is responsible for overseeing all the activities of o our service technicians. The duties include providing highest level of customer service, developing great customer relationships, and supervising the service team. Must have strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as Renewal by Andersen’s services. This is a Hands On-Working Supervisor position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post occupancy work requests and other small projects as assigned.
- Directing service tasks , monitoring the execution of timely and cost-effective field coordination. Handling customer complaints or concerns to maintain good relationships and ensure a World Class Experience for our Homeowners.
- Help develop and set up new procedures and protocols when needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as supervising and developing department procedures, processing completion forms, and tracking costs and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes. Must be able to create and maintain a safety-first environment!
- Auditing work and customer service to meet high standards, efficiency, and meeting productivity goals.
- Provide training and assistance to new employees in the performance of work-related tasks.
- Computer literacy and good organizational abilities.
- Supervise department staffing to maximize efficiency and utilization support.
- Job site visits, support and ride alongs with Service Techs
- Performing on the job services when needed
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in general construction
- Proven ability to supervise of field technicians.
- Dedication to safety and ability to display adherence to our Company's operating principles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the customer, employees, and project team members.
- The proven ability to work under pressure and handle stress and travel to local job sites.
- Excellent leadership, communication,and customer service skill
