Due to continued growth, Thought Logic searching for a Business Development Executive in our Atlanta office with a strong background and a proven track record. The Business Development Executive will closely partner with Thought Logic leadership and our client account leaders to prioritize our target prospects, build a business pipeline, and grow sales in their geographic market.

What you will do:
- Develop account research, target lists, and outreach strategies across the Atlanta market.
- Develop relationships with Thought Logic’s clients and key targets to grow sales.
- Identify new target accounts and establish relationships with key decision makers and buyers of consulting services.
- Partner with Thought Logic’s account leaders to continue to grow key targets and help to identify and align consultants to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with Thought Logic’s capability leaders to drive sales of solutions-based offerings.
- Master and fully solution in Thought Logic’s offerings and breadth of services.
- Continue to grow and develop Thought Logic’s professional network throughout the market.
- Accurately track prospecting campaigns and sales activity in Thought Logic’s CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the consulting or advisory services domain.
- 8+ years of business development expertise, selling services to an enterprise client base.
- Established local network across multiple industries.
- Demonstrated experience expanding opportunities in existing accounts and building multi-year partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience growing new account opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to develop proposals and sell business solutions to clients
- Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and a solution-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to develop compelling proposals, engagement letters/SOWs, and MSAs.
- Strong drive for success, sense of professional curiosity, relentless desire to win.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce or other CRM/Sales Automation tools to track sales production.
