Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board-Certified* Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* to work with our adult clients in Dover, DE. We provide thorough training, great challenges, and even greater fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide overall behavioral support to 6 adults with Autism and other IDD in a group home setting.
- Create individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP.
- Develop BSP’s that meet DDDS standards and become involved with DE’s BSP system.
- Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.
- Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as part of team to develop and implement those ideas.
- Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed.
- Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT).
- Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served.
- Participate in on-going professional training.
Qualifications:
- Masters’ degree in related field.
- Valid DE BCBA license
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid auto insurance
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
