WE are looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Architect who is adept in all phases of the project life cycle, from budgeting, planning, analysis, solution design, build, and implementation, using various methodologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Modules and experience as a delivery manager for projects using agile methodologies.

Serve as a Solution Architect on Oracle cloud Core HR/ Workforce Compensation/ Benefits/ Time and Labor/ Goal and Performance Management/ Payroll/ Recruiting Cloud/ Absence Management/ Talent Management/ Fast Formulas/ Security and Personalization.

Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Workforce Management and Oracle Cloud Rewards Management

Write functional specifications for reports/extracts/conversions.

Work as a functional consultant on Reports and other third-party application integrations with Oracle.

Act as a Business Analyst from the client side, optimizing and supporting HR processes and reports/Data handling.

Implement Oracle Applications EBS Rel 12 HCM across all modules

Lead Technical Infrastructure Assessment in evaluating requirements for development, testing, and production operations.

Demonstrate experience in configuration management processes and procedures and program management expertise.

Outstanding written and verbal communications appropriate for all levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Architect or similar role.
