CSG is looking for a talented Retail Customer Service Representative to take the lead with our retail sales department. We need an aspiring expert in communication and customer acquisition to join our team. This is not a remote role.
Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Customer retention, acquisition, and brand recognition for our clients
- Tracking and reporting KPIs
- Managing a small team of people
- Giving in-person presentations to our clients' current/prospective customers
- Answering any follow-up questions from new business
- Acting as a brand liaison between our clients and their customers
Retail Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Sales and/or Customer Service background
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Enjoys fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to adapt/shift to evolving business landscape
- Strong analytical capability and research skills
