As a dynamic Marketing Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in effectively engaging our target audience and maintaining brand consistency. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will help drive both strategic and tactical aspects of our marketing initiatives. You will design and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and enhancing brand recognition. You will manage content creation across blogs, social media, and other media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Additionally, you will conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and communicate new product offerings in collaboration with the product development team. The ideal candidate is both technically adept and creatively inclined, capable of managing SEO/SEM, creating promotional materials, and possessing strong design intuition, ad execution, and content writing skills. Proficiency with tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and various ad platforms is essential.
What you’ll do:
- Digital Campaigns: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Ad Execution: Develop and manage advertisements to ensure effective reach and engagement.
- Content Management: Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and other media channels.
- Content Writing: Produce compelling written content for various marketing channels, aligning with brand voice and objectives.
- Design Intuition: Apply design know-how to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including posting, audience engagement, and analyzing metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research target audiences to inform marketing strategies.

Position Requirements & Experience:
- Two years of experience in content management, online and offline marketing campaigns, creative writing, and advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and various web editing packages.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
- A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research abilities.
- Expertise in interpreting competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Profound knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Skillful in gathering and transforming large data sets into meaningful analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

This is a full-time position. Dealr Inc. provides a 3-2 hybrid work model in which employees are given the opportunity to work from their dedicated home workspace for two days per week on Tuesdays and Fridays after the first month of in-office training. The typical work schedule will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays with additional hours as necessary.
