Position: Receptionist/Cashier
Location: Lexington, KY
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with occasional Saturday swing shift from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and courteous manner, maintaining the dealership's luxury image.
- Provide assistance to clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming phone calls, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing reception area that reflects the dealership's brand image.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle customer inquiries with tact.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
