Insight Technology Solutions is currently pursuing a contract with the USCG Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC). The scope includes infrastructure support services for enterprise applications and information systems maintained by the USCG C5ISC with the goal of enhancing its capabilities. As part of this effort, Insight is looking to identify a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to provide technical support, problem resolution, workshops, strategic guidance, and assistance to the United States Coast Guard with technical issues pertaining to developing intranet/internet strategies, prototyping, implementation, and deployment of solutions spanning across infrastructure and application areas.
Qualifications:
- Must have five (5) years relevant experience and five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the IT and/or IT consulting fields.
- Must have primarily supported DoD agency connected to DoD Information Network (DoDIN) in IT Management position within the past 2 years.
- Have a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 background investigation, requiring completion of a Questionnaire for Non-Sensitive Positions (SF-85) submitted to Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS) Security Center (SECCEN) through the COR.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and other regulatory requirements is often necessary.
