Position Summary:
Top Tier Solar Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Bountiful, UT area. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, results-driven individual who excels at closing sales and has a strong desire to help others. This position is responsible for prospecting for new business and generating leads from various sources including customer generated leads, cold calling, and networking.
Essential Functions:
·Be responsible for prospecting for new business and generating leads from various sources including customer generated leads, cold calling, and networking.
·Be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
·Maintain accurate records of sales activity and lead generation activities.
·Maintain current knowledge of current industry trends.
·Maintain an understanding of all products offered by the company.
·Maintain an understanding of Top Tier Solar Solutions products and services.
·Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager or Director of Sales Management.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. College Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
·Previous sales experience in the Automotive Industry desired.
·Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay: $82,058.00 - $91,826.00 per year
