**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Team member to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office, providing exceptional patient service, and maintaining a positive and professional environment. This role requires a strong background in dental scheduling, as well as proficiency in dental terminology and dental office software.
**Duties:**
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring that patients are greeted in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle patient phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using dental scheduling software.
- Utilize dental terminology and dental office software, including Fuse & Softdent, to efficiently manage patient care and office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including preparing and distributing patient files and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Assist with daily tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, texts, and handling mail and packages.
- Monitor and maintain the office's phone system and front desk equipment.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office, preferably in a front office role.
- Experience with dental scheduling software, including Eaglesoft.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and dental office procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient service.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software and phone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.45 per hour
