Shift:
- Monday-Friday 6am-6pm weekends as needed
- Work shifts are normally 8–10-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Weld and solder parts as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions
- Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
- Knowledge of welding techniques for repairs and fabrication
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients
Education:
- HS Diploma Required
- Diesel Technician Trade Certification preferred
Experience:
- 2-5 years Diesel Mechanic experience on Semi Tractors and Trailers
Requirement:
- You must own your own tools
- You must successfully pass a Background and Drug Screening
- You must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history
Salary:
- Negotiable based on experience
- Wage Guideline $25-35 Hourly
- Inclusive of a standard benefit package
- $1500.0 Sign On Bonus
