Primary purpose: Supports programs and implements program requirements. Gathers, interprets, and analyzes information and data to develop steps to ensure programs and processes meet goals effectively and efficiently. Collaborates with partners and clients (such as Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services [CMS] and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC]) and team members to coordinate, plan, and implement healthcare quality measurement programs. Researches program goals and manages program scope. Creates written materials in support of contract deliverables. Contributes to validation activities for client projects.
A successful candidate will:

Proactively collaborate with team members to plan and implement project work, including creating project deliverables (such as correspondence, reports, manuals, publications, and educational content for industry engagement)

Deliver upon the project’s goals and objectives as outlined in documents such as the Statement of Work and Schedule of Deliverables

Elicit information regarding scope and other project aspects from partners/clients to use for validating quality program data, creating documentation and communications materials, conducting quality assurance, and responding to inquiries

Communicate business needs in meetings and requirement-refinement sessions

Collaborate with external team members to create, validate, and implement scope for project deliverables and/or enhancements

Review and modify process flows for accuracy and efficiency

Become a subject matter expert for a part of the project/program

Remain up-to-date on news and developments in the healthcare and/or IT fields (for example, by reading news articles and ListServ announcements and attending industry listening sessions)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree

Six (6) years’ relevant experience

Prior experience conducting data validation
-
Ability to work with a team

Strong leadership skills
-
Experience facilitating meetings with diverse audiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of the Quality-of-Care programs through CMS or other healthcare entities

Understanding of the healthcare and/or IT fields
